Kelvio Privacy Policy

Kelvio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Kelvio mobile application may collect, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.
1. Information We Collect
- Name and email address used for account creation and authentication.
- Property, tenant, landlord, inspector, and handover information entered by you.
- Inspection reports, room conditions, notes, meter readings, key records, and defect information.
- Photos, signatures, voice notes, and other files that you choose to add.
- Subscription and purchase status supplied through Google Play Billing.
- Technical information required for security, diagnostics, synchronization, and app functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide account authentication and access to Kelvio.
- Create, save, display, synchronize, export, and share inspection reports.
- Generate PDF documents requested by the user.
- Process and verify subscriptions.
- Protect the app, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support and privacy-related requests.
3. Data Storage and Security
Kelvio uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, and Firebase App Check. Data may be stored and processed on infrastructure operated by Google. We use reasonable safeguards to protect user information, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

- Device camera, gallery, microphone, storage, and sharing services when requested by the user
These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
Kelvio does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, protect users or the service, or when the user explicitly chooses to export or share a report.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may delete reports within the app where that feature is available. Account or privacy-related deletion requests can be made through the contact method below.
7. Permissions
Kelvio may request access to the camera, photo library, microphone, local storage, network connection, or other device features. These permissions are used only for the related app functionality and can be managed from the device settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
Kelvio is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
9. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
